These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website Flaire.Art ("Website") and the purchase of products from our Shopify store. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We sell scented candles and related products. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Due to the handmade nature of candles, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Stripe
• Other payment methods offered at checkout

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• You agree to recurring billing at the selected interval
• Payments will be automatically charged via your chosen payment method
• You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription via your customer account

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the EU and other selected regions.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.

8. Use of Products

Candles must be used safely and in accordance with provided instructions. Flaire.Art is not liable for damages caused by improper use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Flaire.Art and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flaire.Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
